There, she worked primarily with clients managing obesity-related disorders and contributed to the development of an innovative app designed to reduce relapse risk in individuals with depression. This experience deepened her understanding of supporting clients through various stages of their journey in managing depressive episodes.
With several years of private practice experience, including her time overseas and in Dubbo, Sarah is skilled in treating a wide range of mental health concerns. She works with adult clients across the lifespan, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs, personality, and preferences. Together with her clients, Sarah creates personalized treatment plans that focus on their circumstances, goals, and vision of a meaningful life. She firmly believes in each client’s ability to make healthy, empowering decisions and values the opportunity to walk alongside them as they navigate their journey toward well-being.
Sarah particularly enjoys working with people who are curious about their minds and eager to build new skills for navigating life’s ups and downs.
